To meet the rapid development of Keydak (Jindun) and comprehensively improve employees' professional
competencies, so as to provide better services for customers, our company successfully carried out 19 diverse
corporate employee trainings in the first quarter of 2017.
01 New Employee Training
The orientation training for new employees aims to help them comprehensively understand the company's
overview and strategic goals, adapt to the work environment quickly, and integrate into their roles. It also
seeks to foster a motivated and collaborative work atmosphere. The training content includes team-building
activities, visits to the company headquarters, and tours of the production base.
02 Specialized Knowledge and Skills Training
The specialized training is tailored for various functional departments, covering basic professional skill courses
such as product technology, marketing, scheme design, and corporate management. It also incorporates
practical operation training based on business scopes to further enhance employees' specialized technical
capabilities and comprehensive quality.
